Payroll Manager
Are you an experienced Payroll Manager looking for a new challenge? We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to lead payroll operations within a dynamic organisation. This hybrid role is based in London and offers the opportunity to make a real impact on processes and people.
What You’ll Do:
*Oversee and ensure accurate payroll processing using iTrent, managing all aspects of pay calculations, including starters, leavers, and statutory payments.
*Handle monthly payrolls, pensions, and year-end processes, ensuring compliance with auto-enrolment and HMRC regulations.
*Manage outsourced payroll for staff, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
*Prepare payroll reports, complete reconciliations, and provide data for audit disclosures.
*Support and guide a small payroll team, driving improvements in processes and ensuring adherence to GDPR.
What We’re Looking For:
*Professional qualification in Payroll or Accounting.
*Hands-on experience with payroll systems, particularly iTrent.
*Advanced Excel skills and the ability to handle complex payroll calculations.
*In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations, pensions, and accounting concepts.
*Leadership experience with a knack for process improvement and team development.
