Branch Manager – Electrical Wholesale

We are a time served, leading independent electrical wholesaler across the midlands, looking to recruit a Branch Manager to help meet and exceed our ambitious growth plans.
The Branch Manager’s role includes managing and motivating a team, increasing sales and
profitability, building strong customer and supplier relationships.
Knowledge of the electrical wholesale industry and customer base is essential.
We’re looking for someone who has a positive attitude and the energy to get things done.
Someone who’s keen to make something of their career and enjoys going above and beyond.
Responsibilities:
*Recruit, motivate and manage a team
*Staff training and appraisals
*Full sales and P&L responsibility
*Increase the number of trading customers
*Ability to form and develop relationships with customers and suppliers
*Manager customer credit limits and overdue payments
*Strong work ethic and initiative
*Leadership
*Proven Sales Record
*Have a track record of consistently achieving and exceeding targets
