Package: £25-30k + Uncapped commission - OTE: Year 1 - £45K, Year 2 - £55k

We are looking for experienced B2B sales professionals to step into the recruitment space and transition their sales and negotiation skills into winning new business in the FinTech Space. You will be targeting hedge funds and investment banks so strong communication skills and experience of winning clients is imperative for this role. On the other hand you will have the provision to upskill focussing also on candidate sourcing as well as process management.

The Requirements: Sales Recruitment Consultant
You do not need any prior experience! However, the company are looking for ambitious individuals who have:
- 1 - 2 years B2B Sales experience
- Ideally degree educated background
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Great organisational skills
- A competitive nature
- A sense of achievement
- Unrivalled work ethic
The Role: Sales Recruitment Consultant
- Headhunting senior figures using targeted search approach.
- Screening candidates over the phone.
- Building relationships with candidates and clients.
- Guiding and supporting them throughout the interview process.
- Actively networking with candidates and industry connections, market mapping, and using various databases and social media.
- Working towards daily KPIs, incentive related and promotional targets.
- Developing your own personal brand and becoming an expert in your market niche.
