Job Description:
The Skills You’ll Need: SAP, INCOTERMS, international logistics, oil and gas
Your New Salary: £30,000
Hybrid 2 days office
Start: ASAP
International Trading Support - What You’ll be Doing:
Sales & Purchase order completion
*Inputting Sales and Purchase orders to SAP and iTIMS
*International delivery coordination in compliance with trading regulations and procedures
*Issuing accurate shipping/customs documentation and maintaining customer / shipping files
*Issuing invoices and receiving funds (chasing outstanding accounts receivable.)
*Working with Letters of Credit and Performance Bonds.
Managing Enquiries
*Liaising with customers and overseas offices in relation to enquires, sending offers and receiving PO’s.
*Interacting with internal corporate departments for processing internal applications.
Periodical Accounting Closures
*Month end accruals
*Month end closure of iTIMS transactions for SCM sites
*Physical inventory check at stock yard inside/outside if required and company travel policy permits.
International Trading Support - The Skills You’ll Need to Succeed:
*Must have extensive experience using SAP
*International trade transaction skills (INCOTERMS, Letters of Credit, customs clearance, trade security application)
*Experience in administering international trade (commercial terms, export documentation, VAT, Foreign exchange), ideally in an oil and gas, steel environment
*Experience in arranging international logistics.
*Confident talking on the phone and develop relationship with customers and suppliers
