* MRTPI qualification and strong planning experience, ideally in consultancy.
* A passion for growing the business and building strong client relationships.
* Local knowledge of the Southwest region.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills.

* A meticulous eye for detail and a drive to deliver high-quality work.
