Residential Conveyancing Paralegal *Annual Salary: Up to £35,000

My client is seeking a skilled Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to manage property transactions from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who can handle a variety of tasks with minimal supervision and is committed to securing the best interests of clients in complex transactions.
Day-to-day of the role: *Manage a full range of property transactions including freehold, leasehold, new builds, grants of lease, lease extensions, remortgages, transfers of equity, and shared ownership.
*Ensure compliance with the Building Safety Act 2022 where applicable.
*Maintain strong relationships with customers, introducers, and lenders.
*Attend to all post-completion matters, including notices of assignment and mortgages, AP1s, Stamp Duty submissions, and handling requisitions.
*Review mortgage offers and ensure adherence to lenders’ handbooks.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Proven experience as a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal.
*Strong ability to manage multiple property transactions with minimal supervision.
*Excellent drafting skills for all conveyancing documents.
*Knowledge of the Building Safety Act 2022 and its implications on property transactions.
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain professional relationships.
