Job Description:
Job Title: Sales Executive, in-house.
Location: Leeds, LS12
Salary: £30,000 base, with average monthly commissions of £1,000-£2,000 (targeted OTE based on performance).

The Role:
As a Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in growing the returning clients initiative, helping us achieve our ambitious targets. You will manage the full sales process, from reaching out to clients to booking treatments, assisting with finance applications, and ensuring follow-ups are handled with care. This role is ideal for someone comfortable with desk-based work and driven by hitting targets in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Responsibilities
*Proactively contact clients via phone to promote and enrol them in the Gold Card program.
*Book treatments and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
*Manage finance applications for clients efficiently and accurately.
*Provide excellent customer service to maintain and enhance client relationships.
Requirements
*Proven experience in sales, ideally in a desk-based environment, dealing directly with consumers. Past experience could be car sales, recruitment, high ticket sales, or any desk based sales position.
*Strong communication and negotiation skills.
*A positive, target-driven attitude with a focus on delivering results.
*Exceptional organisation and time-management skills.
*Confidence in handling high call volumes and working to ambitious goals.
