Job Description:
Role Overview: We are looking for Primary and Secondary School Teachers to join our team of supply teachers in Melksham, helping to support a number of schools in the Melksham and Trowbridge area.
Company Overview: Class People are an independently run, family business specialising in the education sector. Class People was established over 20 years ago by our CEO who at the time was a supply teacher herself who wanted to create a better, more personalised service for client and candidate.

Responsibilities:
*Assist classroom teachers in delivering interactive and engaging lessons to meet the diverse needs of students.
*Teach following the curriculum and lesson plans provided by the school.
*Help maintain a safe and orderly learning environment.
*Engage learners with both classroom and out of classroom activites.
*Promote positive behaviour and inclusive environment amongst the students.
*Assist teachers in adapting lessons to meet the individual needs of the students.
*Assess and monitor students’ progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.

What you will need to be a part of the Class People team:
*Ability to engage and motivate learners.
*A valid right to work in the UK
*Strong classroom leadership and management skills
*QTS or PGCE Certificate(other qualifications considered).
*Previous experience in a similar education setting preferred but not essential
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
*Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of students and the school community.
*Strong communication and organisational skills
