Senior Finance Analyst – North West – 55k
Castlefield are working with a NW based housing association in order to recruit a Senior Finance Analyst to their busy team on a permanent basis in a newly created role. You will play a pivotal role in performing complex financial analysis to support cost analysis and review. You will also support the business with it’s drive to improve value for money and business effectiveness.

Role:
Produce analysis to support quarterly forecasting and monthly commentary whilst translating financial data so it can be turned into information that is easily understood and fit for use by the business.

 
Responsibilities
Perform complex financial analysis to support cost analysis and review.
Produce financial information to the business to allow them to provide meaningful commentary for cost variances.
Provide analysis to support the forecasting and annual budgets.
Support the drive to improve value for money and business effectiveness.
Optimise data from systems and analyse/improve financial processes.
Person:
The successful Senior Finance Analyst will be/have:
CCAB/CIMA qualification - essential
Advanced Excel - essential
Experience within social housing would be preferred
Availability to start immediately would be preferred
