The Supply Register is Expanding Our College/School Support Team!

The Supply Register is an education recruitment managed service provider working with multi-academy trusts across England and Wales. Our vision is to transform recruitment in the ever-changing education landscape, and our mission is to become the most trusted recruitment partner in the sector.
Due to the considerable demand and growth of our School/College Support divisions, we are currently recruiting for a Partnership Executive to specialise in recruiting for Schoo/College Support roles. This exciting and varied role focuses on all non-classroom-based vacancies. You will work alongside our established Partnership Teams to deliver our managed service model to colleges and multi-academy trusts, ensuring the right staff are placed in the right roles.
This is not a sales-focused position. We are looking for someone who values building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
Build excellent relationships with key stakeholders at multi-academy trusts, colleges and individual school locations.
Provide an outstanding candidate experience.
Develop innovative candidate attraction techniques.
Conduct interviews for all roles within allocated schools.
Manage a candidate pipeline effectively.
Source candidates for long-term and permanent vacancies.
Meet regularly with clients on-site to strengthen relationships.
Collaborate with our partnership agencies to meet school requirements.

About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in account management or recruitment consultancy.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Confidence and self-motivation to work independently.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Networking abilities to build meaningful professional relationships.
Drive and ambition to grow with the company.

A competitive basic salary (negotiable based on experience).
Hybrid working arrangements, including home working and regional flexible working locations.
