Vibrance has an exciting opportunity for an Outreach Support Worker to join our team in Barking. 
The client we are supporting has requested a female support worker, as such we will only be accepting female applicants to this role.
You will join us on a Part-time basis, working 30 hours per week. In return, as our you will receive a competitive salary of £18,792 per annum.  (£23,177 Pro Rata)
We are looking for a Support Worker who wants to make a real difference by joining a team that takes a refreshing approach to care.
About the Support Worker role:
Vibrance is a registered charity supporting adults with additional needs in London and Essex.
We support service users accessing into the community interpedently. It may be daily living tasks, admin tasks or domestic tasks within the house they need support with. 
Responsibilities as Support Worker:
You will maintain high standards of service, design personalised support plans, provide emotional support and help residents to live a full, active life both at home and in the community.
We work heavily around Active Support which assists in enabling new skills to be approached. Help them find opportunities including leisure, education, employment and training, and enable people to take part in line with their support plan.
Sometimes prompting people with personal care issues, maintaining dignity at all times.
