Business Development Manager - Property Finance
This is a position to cover the Northwest.
Our client is an established specialist lender within Bridging,
Buy to Let and Commercial Mortgages.
We’re looking to speak with Business Development Managers that have an established network within Bridging that are considering their options:
Skills required:
• A background in bridging finance would be desirable or a willingness and keen interest in the lending world
• Fantastic rapport building
• Trust and transparency at the forefront of all your communication skills
• A personal network of brokers and/or clients
• A high performing, driven attitude to secure the best results for your clients
• Understanding of the sales process from start to finish
• Self motivating and able to motivate and encourage the team around you Understanding the importance of processes and clear communication - internally and externally
