Family Paralegal
Location: Birmingham

I am currently working with a fantastic, highly reputable law firm who are looking for a Family Paralegal to join their successful team in Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to advance their career in Family Law with a well-respected firm known for its supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
*Assisting fee earners with a varied family law caseload, including divorce, financial settlements, and children matters.
*Preparing legal bundles and court documents.
*Liaising with clients in a professional and friendly manner.
*Using the CCMS portal for case management.
*Arranging meetings and attending hearings as required.
*Supporting clients with their matters and providing high-quality client service.
*Taking on matters independently as you gain experience.
Requirements:
*At least 1 year of experience working within a Family Law department.
*Strong organisational and communication skills.
*Experience using the CCMS portal is desirable.
*A proactive approach and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
