Position: Level 2 Teaching Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
*Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
*Providing 1:1 and small group support to students with varying needs.
*Assisting with the development of educational resources and activities.
*Promoting positive behavior and a safe learning environment.
*Supporting students with additional learning needs or disabilities.
*Helping students build confidence and develop social skills.
Requirements:
*A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
*Previous experience working with children in a school or educational setting is desirable.
*Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
*A passion for education and helping children thrive.
*Knowledge of safeguarding practices.
