Key Responsibilities: *Provide general classroom support for Year 6 pupils, ensuring they stay focused and engaged.
*Assist the teacher in planning and delivering lessons aligned with the curriculum.
*Work with small groups or individual students to reinforce learning and understanding.
*Promote positive behaviour and help manage classroom activities effectively.
*Support students in preparation for SATs and their transition to secondary school.
*Build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff.
*Demonstrate patience, excellent communication, and time management skills.
