Job Description:
Reed HR has partnered with a leading financial services company based in Brighton who are seeking a Recruitment Administrator to join their team.
Our client is looking for a personable and proactive Recruitment Administrator who loves working in a team environment while having clear tasks and responsibilities. In this role, you will cover a variety of administrative tasks throughout the recruitment journey, including processing new applications, answering candidate queries, advertising and marketing vacancies, organising interviews, and processing offers of employment. You will also be actively involved in recruitment and talent projects, workshops, webinars, and take full advantage of training and development opportunities.
Responsibilities:
*Deliver highly accurate and well-presented recruitment administration duties.
*Respond promptly and professionally to all internal and external customer and candidate queries, ensuring service levels are maintained.
*Provide recruitment administration support across all processes, collaborating with Recruitment Campaign Partners, the People team, and other teams and as needed.
*Handle and process sensitive information confidentially.
*Deliver excellent customer and candidate service while managing high volumes of administrative work in a fast-paced environment, handling conflicting priorities and multiple stakeholders.
Essential Criteria:
*Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practice, gained from either working directly within recruitment or supporting recruitment and resourcing activities.
*Experience of working in a process-driven environment to a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail, processing large amounts of documents and data.
*Background in administration and customer service, with the proven ability to prioritise your work effectively.
*Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
*Highly proficient in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Outlook and Word.
*Experience of dealing sensitively and appropriately with confidential information.
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
*A supportive, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach.
