Job Description:
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for finance? We’re seeking a Finance Assistant to join a growing business and help drive financial efficiency.
As a Finance Assistant, you will be key in supporting the finance department by managing daily financial operations, ensuring accuracy, and contributing to the company’s financial success.
Finance Assistant Key Responsibilities
* Process invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately and in a timely manner.
* Reconcile bank statements and financial records.
* Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
* Maintain and update financial data in accounting systems.
* Support internal audits and compliance checks.
* Collaborate with team members to streamline financial processes.
Finance Assistant Experience
* A diploma or degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
* Knowledge in financial software (e.g., Excel, Sage, QuickBooks).
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
* Studying towards or have a qualification in finance, accounting, or a related field would be advantageous.
