Behaviour Mentor | Coventry, CV6 | £90 - £105 per day | January Start
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)?
LTF Recruitment is excited to offer an opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic Behaviour Mentor to join a welcoming mainstream primary school in the heart of Coventry. This rewarding role involves providing tailored, one-on-one support to a pupil with Autism, helping them thrive both academically and socially. This is a long-term position with excellent potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
What We’re Looking For:
*Hold a Level 2 or 3 TA qualification, or an equivalent.
*Experience supporting SEN pupils in an educational setting.
*Experience supporting Early Years pupils.
*Additional qualifications such as TeamTeach or Positive Behaviour Management training are highly advantageous.
*Exceptional communication skills, with a preference for experience in non-verbal techniques such as Makaton or PECS.
*Skilled in providing tailored support to SEN pupils across one-on-one, small group, and whole-class environments.
*Competent in managing, updating, and reviewing EHCPs to ensure continuous progress.
