Job Description:
Client Service Associate - Flexible Benefits
Alexander Lloyd have a new role with an established, well-known employee benefits & pensions consultancy that are looking for an experienced flexible benefits administrator to join this division. This organisation has gone through positive change recently and are keen to continue that expansion heading into 2025.
Role & Responsibilities:
*Being the first point of contact for any client queries day to day
*Supporting consultants with annual renewals, gathering quotes and any mid-term adjustments
*Ensuring that the flexible benefits platform is kept up-to-date
Essential Criteria:
*Prior flexible benefits administration experience
*Ability to provide high levels of customer service to clients and members
*Experience in processing high levels of employee data
This role can be fully remote or hybrid to a Redhill/London office.
