Reed recruitment have recently began working with a client who are looking to add an assistant management accountant to their team. This is a great opportunity for a candidate who is part qualified CIMA looking to complete their studies with study support and take on a challenging role with the opportunity for growth.
Initial Project Responsibilities:
*Fuel Monitoring: Track and report on fuel usage and costs from April to the present.
*Weight Data Cleansing: Cleanse weight data for non-Pence Per Kilo customers in Purgo.
*Average Weight Calculation: Determine and establish average weights across all agreements.
Ongoing Responsibilities:
*Reconciliation: Perform reconciliations between accounts and dashboard data using Power BI.
*Weighbridge Reporting: Develop and maintain reports for weighbridge operations.
*Monthly Loan Reconciliation: Reconcile loan payments on a monthly basis.
*Sales Commission Analysis: Calculate and analyze monthly sales commissions.
*Intercompany Tipping Reconciliation: Reconcile tipping transactions between intercompany accounts weekly.
*Driver Hours Analysis: Prepare and analyze drivers’ hours, with plans to integrate this analysis into Power BI.
*Vehicle Utilization Review: Conduct weekly reviews of vehicle utilization.
*Revenue Reporting: Generate weekly revenue reports.
*Support for another arm of the business
*Post wage journals.
*Raise invoices.
*Maintain daily costings.

Skills and Qualifications:
*CIMA Part-Qualified: Actively pursuing CIMA qualification.
*Proficiency in Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
*Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
*Experience in financial reconciliation and reporting.
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
