Sales Support Coordinator
Competitive Salary £25,000 - £29,000 DOE
Office-Based with Flexible Working Hours – 37.5 hours per week, with flexible start and finish times between 06:15 - 09:30 and 14:30 – 18:00

Elevation Recruitment Group’s Business Support Division is thrilled to exclusively partner with a leading manufacturer in Sheffield to find a Sales Support Coordinator on a permanent basis.
As a Sales Support Coordinator, your main responsibilities will include:
*Overseeing the intake of new inquiries and managing activities to create high-quality bid packages.
*Handling various administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, processing invoices, gathering data, and supporting the sales team.
*Managing and optimizing ERP and administrative systems to ensure alignment with sales and bidding procedures.
*Establishing and tracking internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
*Reviewing and verifying incoming orders against original tender documents.
*Collecting and reporting feedback on bids and proposals.
*Maintaining and distributing financial reports.
*Managing and responding to Requests for Quotation (RFQs).
*Preparing initial drafts of quotes.
To succeed in this role, you should ideally have experience in a Sales Support role, preferably within a manufacturing or engineering environment. A keen eye for detail and strong communication skills are essential.
