Our client is a low-latency market data provider and trading solutions organisation. Their solutions range from market data offerings across Equities, Derivatives, Futures Exchanges and FX. They are looking for a Head of QA/QA Manager to join their expanding team.
Salary: £95,000-£110,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Hybrid: 2-3 x a week in the office in London

You will oversee the entire Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC) and lead a team of four QA Engineers, ensuring high-quality outputs in their Market Data feeds and FIX Protocol. This includes collaborating with senior management to evaluate team performance, recording KPIs, setting clear objectives and roadmap. Your role will be hands-on, supporting the team in all testing phases-unit, integration, functional, and non-functional. As well as contributing to the development of internal automation testing tools, using Python/C++.
Key Requirements:
*Experience managing a similar team size (4+) whilst remaining hands-on
*Extensive experience in automation testing
*Skilled in developing automation test scripts in Python and/or C++
*Functional and Non-Functional Testing experience
*Experience testing software for Market Data or FIX Protocol systems
