Role: Graduate Recruitment Consultant
Package: £23K-25K Basic Salary - £35K OTE Year 1, £45K OTE Year 2 and £60K Year 3
Graduate Recruitment Consultant - The Company:
This company is a fast-growing Recruitment Agency formed in 2010 and are experts in senior level private equity and finance recruitment. Their commission scheme goes all the way up to 50% and they even have an in-house Learning and Development Manager to make sure your training is unique to your situation. Whether you’re training to be a better Consultant, a Manager or even a Director, they will help you get there. After doubling their revenue over the past 12 months they are now looking for ambitious Graduates to join their award winning team.
Graduate Recruitment Consultant - The Role:
*Conducting business development calls to attract new business from clients
*Meeting clients and candidates face to face
*Account Management
*Interviewing candidates
*Building relationships with existing and new clients
*Networking
*Negotiating
*Using Recruitment tools to source talent and fill vacancies
Graduate Recruitment Consultant: The Benefits:

*Up to 50% commission is 30% above industry average
