Fabricator Welder Supervisor
Position: Fabricator Welder Supervisor
Specialisation: Stainless Steel TIG Welding & Metal Finishing
Location: Warwick
Salary: £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 07:00 to 16:00, Friday 07:00 to 12:00
Overtime: Available at a premium rate
Start Date: Immediate
Empowered Personnel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fabricator Welder specialising in stainless steel TIG welding and metal finishing. Our client demands precision and the highest quality for their bespoke projects.
Fabricator Welder Key Responsibilities:
• Bespoke Fabrications: Work on complex fabrications from highly technical drawings.
• Multiple Weld Processes: Utilise your fundamental knowledge and skills in various welding processes.
• High Standards: Perform deburring, drilling, folding, rolling, welding, grinding, and polishing to a very high
standard.
• Cutting Lists: Create cutting lists from manufacturer drawings.
• Precision: Deliver exceptional quality work with meticulous attention to detail.
• Feedback & Improvement: Provide constructive feedback to the drawing office and production to enhance design
efficiency.
• Supervisory Experience: Ideally, oversee and guide team members to benefit the client with your expertise.
• Press Brake & More: Operate press brake, sheet metal guillotine, sheet metal rolls, drills, and press.
Fabricator Welder Ideal Candidate:
• Experience: Extensive experience in stainless steel TIG welding, metal finishing, and bespoke work.
• Variety & Pride: Enjoys varied work, takes pride in their craftsmanship, and commits to meeting tight deadlines.
• Supervisory Skills: Possesses supervisory experience to lead and improve team performance.
• Aluminium Welding: Experience in aluminium welding is advantageous.
• Flexibility: Willing to work extra hours when required to ensure project deadlines are met
