Job Description:
Reed Accountancy & Finance are on the lookout for an Accounts Administrator to join our client in Folkestone on a temporary basis. This 2-month role is to cover long-term sickness and has the potential to evolve into a permanent position within the organisation.
Accounts Administrator Day-to-day of the role:
*Matching, batching, and coding sales ledger invoices.
*Matching, coding, and batching purchase ledger invoices.
*Scanning invoices into the system accurately.
*Distributing remittance advices to relevant parties.
*Maintaining an up-to-date accounts email inbox.
*Scanning, photocopying, and filing accounts paperwork diligently.
Accounts Administrator Required Skills & Qualifications:
*A passion for numbers and accounts is essential.
*Studying towards an AAT qualification would be advantageous, though not required.
*No prior working experience as an Accounts Administrator is necessary.
*Ability to fully commit to an office-based role.
*Available to start work immediately without any notice period.
