About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic private consultancy in London. Key Responsibilities:
*Assist in preparing cost estimates, cost plans, and tender documents.
*Conduct basic measurement and cost analysis under supervision.
*Support senior team members with contract administration and procurement.
*Attend client and project meetings to gain insight into project delivery.
*Help with interim valuations, variations, and final account preparation.
*Undertake site visits to monitor project progress and understand on-site operations.
*Assist with feasibility studies and value engineering exercises.
*Contribute to accurate record-keeping and reporting processes.
Requirements:
*A degree (or equivalent qualification) in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
*A keen interest in developing a career in quantity surveying.
*Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
*Eagerness to learn and progress towards MRICS accreditation (full support provided).
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn industry-specific software.
