Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced audit professional to join our client at Audit Director level. This is a unique opportunity to grow within a firm celebrated for its excellent market reputation and collaborative environment.

The Role:
*Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of corporate clients across sizes and financial reporting frameworks.
*Be part of a team that values ethics, compliance, and audit quality at its core.
*Engage in high-profile business development activities domestically and internationally, including networking, conferences, and audit tenders.
*Develop your leadership skills and play a key role in shaping the audit department’s future.
Key Responsibilities:
*Oversee and deliver audit services for a varied client base.
*Develop and implement effective audit strategies and plans.
*Mentor, appraise, and inspire audit managers and junior staff.
*Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing opportunities and participating in audit tenders.
*Monitor and manage departmental performance, including revenue, EBITDA, billing, and operational efficiency.
*Contribute to recruitment and onboarding processes.
The Successful Candidate:
*Close to obtaining Responsible Individual (RI) status or already have it (essential).
*Skilled in UK GAAP and IFRS standards, with international client exposure preferred.
*Experience with CaseWare audit software is desirable.
*A strong communicator with business acumen and a collaborative mindset.
