About the Role As a Slitter Operator, you will play a key role in supporting production by operating slitting machines efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
*Operate the Slitting Machine to ensure optimal production.
*Maintain quality control standards throughout the shift.
*Keep the work area clean, organised, and compliant with company standards.
*Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
*Take on additional duties as assigned by management.
Key Skills and Requirements:
*Strong attendance and punctuality.
*Proficient in English (Entry Level 3 or above).
*Problem-solving ability and a proactive attitude.
*Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
*Highly organised and self-motivated.
*High attention to detail and accuracy.
