Job Description:
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join the marketing department of a well-known brand. It’s an exciting time to join as the marketing team is growing with a number of key new hires. The role is Bristol based with 4 days in a central Bristol office preferred per week.
What you’ll be doing
As a Graphic Designer you’ll join the marketing team of a well-loved brand family. Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you’ll focus primarily on one leading brand but also have the opportunity to contribute to others across their portfolio. You’ll be part of a growing marketing team and work alongside another Graphic Designer.
In this role you’ll work on a variety of design projects, including creating and maintaining a collection of on-brand menu designs, producing campaign assets like flyers, posters, and digital ads, and designing engaging email content. You’ll collaborate with other teams to develop local marketing materials and support new location launches.
This is a role for someone who loves owning the details—whether it’s managing an organised library of photography and assets or ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. From time to time, you’ll also support other brands in the business.
You’ll thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with marketing and design colleagues to deliver work that’s sophisticated, aspirational, and impactful.
What experience you’ll need
*Previous experience in a graphic design role with a portfolio showcasing print and digital work.
*Experienced in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
*Excellent typography, layout, and colour knowledge, comfortable with print processes and practices.
*Organised and detail-focused, capable of juggling multiple projects and working with a variety of stakeholders on projects.
*Any design experience in luxury, travel and tourism, food and drink or events would be beneficial.
What you’ll get in return
25 days holiday + bank holidays, bonus opportunities, a profit-share scheme, staff discounts and more.
What’s next
Please apply with a CV and portfolio to be considered.
