Salary: £17.00 per hour
Contract Type: Full-time (37 hrs per week), Temporary until 30 June 2025

Our client is seeking an Apprenticeship Coordinator to join their dedicated team in Rotherham. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the futures of learners in Engineering and Construction by coordinating apprenticeship programs that equip students with essential skills for their careers.
As an Apprenticeship Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting and tracking the progress of apprentices, working closely with learners, tutors, and key stakeholders to deliver an outstanding educational experience.
Key Responsibilities:
*Coordinate learner interviews, inductions, and enrolments, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of documentation
*Manage apprentice records, monitoring enrolment, registration, and exam claims for accuracy and compliance
*Support timely review activities in collaboration with tutors, tracking learner progress and KPIs
*Work with the End Point Assessment Coordinator and schedule Internal Verification processes
*Facilitate career guidance and assist with recruitment and promotional events for apprenticeship programs
Ideal Candidate Profile:
To excel in this role, you will:
*Have experience in an administrative role, ideally within an apprenticeship or educational setting
*A DBS check and additional safeguarding requirements apply to all new employees
*All candidates must have the legal right to work in the UK
*Be proficient in data reporting and record management
*Hold a Level 2 (or equivalent) qualification in English and Maths, as well as a Level 2 Business Administration qualification or equivalent
*Possess a genuine commitment to education and the development of learners
*Have the right to work in the UK
Department Information
You will report to the Curriculum Manager for Engineering and Construction and collaborate closely with Work Based Learning staff and external partners. Your contributions will directly impact learner success, making this a role where you can make a tangible difference.
