Award-winning Leeds Firm is looking for a Solicitor/Fee Earner with experience in dealing with Claimant Clinical Negligence matters.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly driven and motivated candidate to be involved with the expansion of our Clinical Negligence department.
 
Key Tasks
*Handling a variety of clinical negligence claims from inception to settlement, including both pre and post litigation claims.
 
Essential Knowledge
*Litigation experience is essential to this role
*Excellent understanding of CPR Rules and The Pre-Action Protocol for the Resolution of Clinical Disputes
*Experience in handling a variety of complex clinical negligence claims from inception to completion.
*Excellent negotiating skills
*Experience of working to targets and KPIs
 
Desirable Knowledge
*Experience using Proclaim database is preferable
*Training junior staff members in handling clinical negligence claims
*Working with marketing to expand the department
 
Experience
*3 years + experience in handling Claimant Clinical Negligence claims is essential.
