Your new role
Seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing Coordinator to assist in planning, executing, and overseeing marketing campaigns that drive awareness and interest in our new homes and communities. In this role, you will work closely with the marketing team to ensure that all promotional materials, digital strategies, and communications align with brand’s goals and values. What you’ll need to succeed
Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies for new home sales and community development projects. Create and manage content for digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, and our website. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to produce marketing materials such as brochures, ads, signage, and presentations. Coordinate promotional events and open house activities, including logistics, advertising, and attendee outreach. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results. Support the sales team with lead generation and nurture campaigns, providing them with necessary marketing collateral. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate, construction, or a related industry.
