Job Description:
Our client is seeking a proactive and dedicated Customer Service Administrator to join their team. As a Customer Service Administrator, you will play a vital role in delivering first-class customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the Customer Services Team.
Responsibilities:
*Handle inbound calls and emails from customers and respond promptly and professionally
*Make outbound calls to customers, providing assistance and resolving any issues
*Process sales orders and quotations accurately
*Manage customer requests for product returns efficiently
*Work closely with the Warehouse to ensure timely and accurate equipment delivery
*Collaborate with the Procurement team to ensure accurate programming
*Maintain high standards of data accuracy and quality
*Provide administrative support to external Sales teams
*Assist the Customer Services Manager in delivering effective customer communications
*Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental targets
*Stay updated on the complete range of products to provide accurate information to customers
*Carry out any other duties as required
Requirements:
*Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise work effectively
*Attention to detail and accuracy in data processing
*Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and SAP
*Previous experience in customer service or administration is preferred
