Job Description:
A trendy, dynamic PR Agency are seeing an experienced EA to support the CEO 1:1. You will be based in the heart of the West End, five days per week. This is a temp to perm role, my client is looking for the ideal candidate to start ASAP. The hours are 8:30-6:00 Monday to Friday.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
This is an extremely busy EA role supporting the CEO 1:1, strictly business. This role is heavy on diary, travel, scheduling and understanding moving parts. The role is at COS level and you act as the right hand support.
Day to day:
*Inbox management acting as the gatekeeper
*Complexed diary management
*Scheduling meetings, prioritising tasks
*Dealing with multiple last minute changes
*International travel coordination, visas, accommodation, itineraries
*Client & stakeholders communication
*Minute taking, creating board packs and follow up key actions
*Print and collate monthly management board packs
*Creating presentations on behalf of the CEO where needed
*Expense management
*Event organisation, socials, team events
*No personal PA duties
WHO YOU ARE
To be successful, you will be extremely proactive, be five steps ahead and can multitask. You must have good experience as a C-suite EA. You will be an EA who loves EA duties. ’Can do’ attitude is essential for this role and drive to succeed within a faced paced company.
Essential requirements:
*8+ years’ experience PA/EA supporting c-suite level CEO
*Passion for Media/PR
*Committed to working 5 days in office, acting as the CEO’s eyes and ears
*Ability to work at an incredibly fast-paced environment
*Proactive nature, efficient problem solver, excellent time management
*Personable and outstanding communication skills
*Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
*Proficient in Microsoft office
*Ability to work independently and collaboratively
*Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
