About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of a thriving business. You’ll receive comprehensive training to master the full cycle of commercial finance brokering; from client outreach to underwriting, proposing, and closing deals.
The first 3-6 months will focus on developing your skills, with hands-on experience in prospecting, cold calling, and winning new business. You’ll also work with a cutting-edge CRM system and software tools designed to streamline processes, reduce admin, and help you focus on sales. Additionally, you’ll have access to inbound leads to support your success.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling to win new business.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Understand clients’ financial needs and offer tailored funding solutions.
• Manage underwriting and proposal processes.
• Close deals effectively to achieve targets.
• Leverage CRM tools and software to optimise workflow and performance.
Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for ambitious, driven, and career-focused individuals who want to develop and grow alongside the business. Candidates with 1-2 years of sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment will be strongly considered.
