Job Description:
PERSONAL INJURY SOLICITOR (EL / PL FRAUD), 4+ YEARS PQE, MANCHESTER, TO C£60,000 (DOE) – A great opportunity for an ambitious solicitor to join a Top 50 law firm - JOB REF:7895

• Applications are sought from solicitors with at least 4 years’ PQE gained with another leading law firm.
• You will be responsible for a busy and varied caseload of litigated claims on behalf of defendant clients where fraud is suspected
Claims will be predominantly EL and PL, as well as some Housing disrepair repair matters and it is essential that you have a proven track record in defendant EL and PL work.
Experience working on a similar caseload of EL and PL fraud cases would be a distinct advantage.
• You will be dealing directly with clients from day one and be expected to develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and new client contacts.
• You will also have developed strong skills in building client relationships and be keen to work with colleagues on marketing and networking initiatives.
