We are recruiting for Cover Supervisors for our client schools in St Helens.
Satis Education are recruiting for dynamic and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors. The role of a Cover Supervisor is a flexible and varied role, of which will give you the perfect insight into life in school and can provide excellent preparation for your teacher training- if you’re considering this route. We are recruiting for several Cover Supervisors due to the demand from our client schools, whether you are looking for a part-time or full-time role, we’d love to hear from you!
The role of a Cover Supervisor:
*Delivery of work set by the class teacher (you are not expected to plan work)
*Establish positive relationships with students and setting high expectations
*Effectively manage behaviour, according to the school behaviour policy
*Provide feedback to the class teacher and return feedback to students under the guidance of the teacher
*Ensure school policies are adhered to

To join Satis Education and work in our client schools as a Cover Supervisor, you will:
*Be educated to degree level or have experience of working with the 11-16 age group
*Have an Enhanced DBS (on the update service) or be willing to apply for one
*Provide a CV covering your last 10 years of employment/ study
*Have the legal right to work in the UK
*An overseas police check, if applicable
*Two references (covering the last two years- one of which to be your current or most recent employer)
