Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Stansted, Essex
Salary: £43,000-45,000 + £3K Car Allowance
Term: Permanent
Are you a dynamic and experienced operations professional with a passion for customer excellence and process improvement?
We’re working with a highly regarded organisation with locations across eastern and south eastern England. They are looking for an Operations Manager to join their team based in Stansted, providing operational support and leadership across multiple locations.
About the Role:
As Operations Manager, you will:
*Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across offices, coordinating staff rotas and providing coverage when needed.
*Be the primary point of contact for operational systems and IT issues, ensuring all centres maintain their high standards.
*Drive customer satisfaction by enhancing the customer journey and proactively seeking process improvements.
*Support compliance, training, and reporting, ensuring best practices are maintained in areas such as GDPR, AML, and Health & Safety.
*Collaborate with Office Managers and the Head of Operations to define and maintain quality standards and documentation.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
*A proven background in operations management.
*A background in hospitality would provide highly transferable skills
*Experience of working in a multi-site environment
*Exceptional customer service skills.
*Strong IT and system expertise.
*Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
*A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
*Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work independently.
