Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Redhill, Surrey
Salary: £75,000 / £90,000 plus car allowance/company car, private healthcare, 25 days holiday
THE COMPANY
?A Top 5 UK Main Contractor who are experiencing an exciting growth period in Surrey and London. Typical projects include Commercial, Healthcare and Education ranging from £15m to £50m.
THE JOB
This exciting role will see you as the commercial lead. You will report to a visiting Commercial Manager whilst ensuring cash flow is maximised, providing commercial input, preparing monthly cost reports and managing sub contractors.
?WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
*The ideal candidate will have managed projects between £15m-£40m
*Experienced in residential or commercial new build projects
*Full knowledge of JCT forms of contract
*Excellent understanding of Excel
*Excellent planning and organisation skills
*Good negotiation and communication skills
*Good time management skills
*Self motivating
*Highly numerate
*Evidence of maintaining a professional, consistent and fair approach
