As a Senior Conveyancing Paralegal, you’ll play a vital role in guiding clients through the complexities of property transactions, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience. Preferred Requirements:
*Possess at least 1 year of experience in residential conveyancing, with a deep understanding of the legal processes involved
*Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders
*Exhibit strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, ensuring the timely and accurate completion of all tasks
*Collaborate effectively with the wider legal team, contributing to a positive and productive work environment
*Continuously expand your knowledge and stay up-to-date with changes in conveyancing legislation and best practices
Preferred Qualifications:
*1 Year minimum working as a conveyancing paralegal
*Demonstrate a proven track record of success in a similar conveyancing role
*Possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
