Building Surveyor - Supportive Practice with Clear Progression Path!
A boutique chartered surveying practice near Liverpool Street Station in London is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join their growing team of six.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive Building Surveyor to make a significant impact within a supportive environment, with a clear progression path to directorship.
The Building Surveyor’s Role As a Building Surveyor, you will manage a diverse client portfolio spanning education, retail, commercial, and office spaces for local authorities and offshore developers. You’ll deliver a wide range of professional and project services, making use of your expertise to drive client success.
Key responsibilities include:
*Handling a variety of professional and project services.
*Collaborating closely with an experienced and approachable team.
*Contributing to the development of the practice with opportunities to progress into leadership roles.
The Ideal Building Surveyor Will Have *MRICS qualification.
*RICS-accredited degree.
*A background in consultancy or private practice.
*Well-rounded experience across both professional and project-based instructions.
*A proactive, ambitious attitude and the ability to thrive in a smaller team environment.
In Return *Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
*25 days annual leave + bank holidays
*1 day annually for social value/volunteering activities
*Discretionary annual bonus
