Project Manager - R&D Delivery
Are you a talented, motivated, and experienced Project Manager with a passion for driving innovation? We have an exciting opportunity for you to support the delivery of a dynamic R&D program of work.
About the Role
Reporting to the R&D Program Manager and collaborating closely with Product Management, Hardware and Software Development, Integration Test, Operations, and Customer Support, you will take charge of delivering the product roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
*Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Software and Hardware Development, System Test, Customer Support, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Quality.
*Collaborate with Product Management to prioritize and deliver work aligned with business value.
*Apply expertise in software and hardware development lifecycles and project/product management methodologies.
*Translate project objectives into actionable tasks and ensure clear communication across teams.
*Oversee resource allocation, regulatory compliance, and the release process for software deliverables.
*Track project risks, issues, milestones, and changes, providing transparent reporting to stakeholders.
About You
We’re looking for a Project Manager with:
*Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
*The ability to effectively manage project status, risks, and timelines.
*Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and other project management methodologies, tailored to specific projects.
*A background in technology, manufacturing, or electronics industries, ideally within SMEs and international contexts.
*Proficiency in using relevant planning tools to manage and deliver complex projects.
This role requires attendance at the Derby office three days a week.
