Job Description:
Are you a highly organised and professional Inventory Clerk looking for a new challenge? We are currently recruiting for a 3 to 5 day per week Inventory Clerk for Luton’s market leading Estate Agent. They are a highly successful, independent company who invests, supports and trains their staff, offering great career progression.
The ideal candidate must have previous experience within this type of role, with an accurate and keen eye for detail. The Inventory Clerk role is an integral part of the Estate Agency industry, as you will be taking photos and compiling reports on the condition of properties including furniture and appliances (if applicable) to then help resolve any possible disputes between landlords and tenants.
You must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car.
Salary package and benefits for the role of Inventory / Check Out Clerk include:
*Basic £15,000 - £25,000
*3 to 5 days per week (can be flexible on days and hours)
*1 in 4 Saturdays

Key responsibilities for the role of Inventory / Check Out Clerk include:
*Conduct thorough inspections on the condition of properties at the beginning and end of a tenancy
*Take detailed notes
*Complete paperwork
*Take photos of contents and condition of items
*Compile and issue official reports
*Check out’s
Essential skills and experience for the role of Inventory / Check Out Clerk include:
*Previous experience within a similar role
*Accurate attention to detail
*Strong observational skills
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Highly organised and methodical
*Be able to identify wear and tear, to neglect
*Basic understanding and knowledge of rental agreements
