About the role
The UK’s leading provider of adult short break experiences, Warner Hotels is a collection of unique properties in great locations across the UK. All short breaks at a Warner Hotel include breakfast, dinner and specified entertainment and activities, ensuring guests make the most of their time away. Situated in stunning locations nationwide including Heythrop Park in the Cotswolds, Studley Castle in Warwickshire, Thoresby Hall in Nottinghamshire and The Runnymede on Thames, each hotel offers its own personal character that makes every Warner Hotels stay unique.
As a People Experience Partner, you will be responsible for driving a cohesive and inspiring employee engagement strategy across Warner Hotels.
What will you be doing?
*Lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive employee engagement strategy that reflects the Warner Hotels brand and its core values.
*Manage the end-to-end communication process for all People-related activities, ensuring smooth communication during organisational changes, such as restructures, policy updates, and new initiatives.
*Champion the development of engagement programmes such as employee recognition awards, diversity and inclusion campaigns, and wellness initiatives.
*Oversee the use of communication platforms, ensuring they are user-friendly and accessible to all team members, including those in remote or field locations.
*Align with the leadership team to ensure that communication is in line with the company’s long-term vision and strategic goals.
What are we looking for?
*Must have experience in in a similar communications or people-related role with expertise in employee engagement, internal communication strategies, and change management.
*Experience with a digital engagement tool, communication tools and people related systems.
*Familiarity with the hospitality industry.
*Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
*Solid project management skills, with the ability to track and manage multiple workstreams effectively.
