Hybrid working: Optional, minimum of 3 days in office.
Are you an experienced Credit Controller looking for a new opportunity within a passionate, customer-focused and friendly work environment?
Key duties and responsibilities:
*Maintaining company financial stability
*Work closely with the Team Leader to ensure that debts are paid on time
*Dealing with partnerships and students, making proactive phone calls to chase unpaid debts.
*Low value, high volume debts - passion for credit control work and an enjoyment of it is crucial
The Ideal Candidate:
*Appreciate the value of a stable and supportive work environment and who are dedicated to the team and their role.
*Embody the client’s friendly and helpful ethos and enjoy the fun and sociable team culture, including social events and a relaxed work environment.
*Prior experience in credit control or a similar role is preferred, but exceptional communication skills are a must.
