About the Role
Reed Finance Cambridge are looking for an Interim Group Accountant to join a listed business in Cambridge on a predominantly remote working basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment, with experience in working with teams across Europe and Asia,  and is keen on leveraging their expertise in international financial reporting standards and compliance.
Responsibilities
*Lead audits and ensure everything is compliant.
*Manage monthly Balance Sheet Controls.
*Keep financial controls manual up-to-date.
*Ensure all necessary submissions are completed on time.
*Oversee the preparation and review of monthly financial reports.
*Assist with cash flow planning and financial analysis.
*Maintain our accounting policies in line with reporting standards.
*Monitor account balances and cost centres.
*Analyse financial data for detailed checks.
*Manage relationships with creditors and oversee payment processes.
Requirements
*Qualified ACCA, ACA or CIMA, or QBE.
*5 years + of experience in a similar role, ideally in an international setting.
*Proficient with Excel and accounting systems.
*Proactive, with excellent communication skills.
*Able to plan and meet deadlines effectively.
