Head of Maintenance and Facilities
£40,000 - £45,000 (OTE £50K+) + 15% Pension Contribution + Additional Duties to Increase earnings + Up to 40 Days Holiday + Health care Support+ Training / Development (Ongoing opportunities) + Life cover + Monday to Friday (Days based)

Are you a Maintenance Manager / FM or similar from a trade background looking to represent a world-renowned Cultural and Educational Institution where you will be the go-to person for organising all maintenance works with unrivalled company benefits and significant earning enhancements?
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Manager from a trade background to oversee strategic and reactive maintenance across a prestigious academic estate. The Institution is looking for a leader who will act as front of house for all maintenance matters on a multi-estate comprised of education intuitions, accommodation and luxury hotel - this post will be predominantly based in Henley.

This role offers the chance to lead a dynamic team and contribute to the upkeep and improvement of a historically significant environment. You will be the go-to Manager on a multi-estate comprised of historically significant buildings and a luxury hotel
The Role:
* Lead Maintenance Operations on a multi estate comprising of educational facilities, Luxury hotel
* Stakeholder Engagement:
* Ensure Compliance and Safety:
The Candidate:
* Facilities or Maintenance Management
* A trade background (preferably mechanical / electrical)
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and interact effectively with various stakeholders.
* In-depth knowledge of building management systems and maintenance protocols.
