Job Description:
A great opportunity for a Shift Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building services on one of their high-profile critical contracts in Canary Wharf. Working for a market leader in building services maintenance, this offers the successful shift engineer a great chance to work on a world class site with the opportunity of progression and training.
The shift engineer will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance, remedial works and emergency response on site, being part of the engineering team. Working on a continental shift pattern, days and nights, the maintenance engineer has to be Electrically biased holding City and Guild/NVQ qualifications and 18th edition.

Duties
*PPMs & Reactive maintenance
*Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), UPS, LV/HV switching
*Emergency Lighting - tests and remedials
*Fire Alarm Test - monthly, quarterly and annually
*AHUs, FCUs - servicing including coil cleans, filter changes belt changes, actuator changes etc
*Sprinkler Systems
*Pumps
*BMS Operation
*Organising subcontractors
*Health & Safety
*Logbooks
*Risk assessments
*Permits to work
Requirements
*City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical Installations
*18th Edition (Essential)
*Career driven and motivated
*Polite and personable
