Job Description:
HR Administrator
*Day Rate: £110 - £130 per day (or could be more via Umbrella)
*Location: Kent
*Job Type: Temporary
Reed HR have partnered with an organisation who are seeking a proactive and organised HR Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone who has a keen interest in human resources and is adept at handling sensitive administrative tasks efficiently.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and preparing job offer documents.
*Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
*Review and update HR policies and ensure compliance with regulations.
*Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves.
*Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications.
*Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies.
*Handle queries from managers and employees related to HR matters.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role.
*Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS.
*Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular).
*Thorough knowledge of labour laws.
*Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise important projects.
*Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills.
