Payroll Specialist - £50,000 - £65,000 + Bonus - City of London
Frazer Jones are delighted to be supporting a leading name within financial services on the recruitment of a Payroll Specialist to join the business on a permanent basis.
Our client is offering hybrid working with 3 days per week required into the office.
The Role:
Administer monthly payroll processes for employees across multiple locations, including France, Spain, Italy, Cyprus, the Netherlands, and Australia, ensuring compliance with local regulations and legal standards.
Collaborate with global payroll providers and internal teams to consistently meet payroll deadlines.
Assist with payroll reporting for internationally mobile employees.
Contribute to the end-to-end processing of UK payrolls managed in-house using Workday.
Support payroll-related reconciliations, including multiple equity plans and employee benefits.
Assist with payroll recharges and accounting reporting tasks.
Provide support during internal and external payroll audits.
Identify and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy in payroll processes.
Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation of payroll procedures.
Assist the Payroll Manager with key payroll-related projects, from initiation to completion.
Provide support for annual regulatory reporting projects, including P11D(b), PSA, Appendix 8, GPG, and ERS.
Skills needed
-Exposure to international payroll.
-Strong excel skills
